Will 03-06 carbon fiber lip fit on the 00-02 models?

2002 CL500 to CL55 conversion
Will 03-06 carbon fiber lip fit on the 00-02 models?
i've heard the front end sits slightly higher on the 00-02 models but the bottom looks like it's the same shape for the AMG models. i can only find the 03-06 carbon fiber lips and i want one but dont wanna order it and find out its slightly different for my 02
