Purchasing '03-'05 CL55...Questions
I'm ready financially to purchase a CL55 AMG. I'm looking at a couple different ones and have a couple questions for someone who has had one with some mileage. One car has around 80,000 miles and the other has around 105,000 miles. If both cars have had recommended maintenance throughout their life-span, does the extra 25,000 miles really make a difference? If so, how much? I am aware of the maintenance costs and cost of ownership once I do obtain my CL55. Mainly, at what point does the mileage really start to become as issue? If there is anything else anyone would like to add, then please do. Thanks for your help!

Have you seen this one?

UPDATE: After posting I realized it's a Salvage car, so beware.

I am not interested in doing buying off of eBay for a vehicle. That doesn't mean I won't, but it is very unlikely I will. And yes, I seen the salvage title. I won't be buying that car at all. I already am looking at a couple different ones. I just am waiting on some feedback from my questions before I apply for financing.

I've only owned my CL for a couple months, so I'm really not qualified to help you. Moreover, I'm driving a 65 and you're asking about the 55. Good luck.

Yeah, big difference between the two. I'd imagine the 55 is a bit easier to own because the V8 isn't a V12. Both are awesome machines though. Thanks and good luck to you and your car's future.
