Hi.

Have an 09 cl63 that I purchased recently.

It's started making the humming noise which I think might be the abc pulsation damper.

However the car also has a slight hesitation and throws up the following codes.

P0025-left camshaft incorrect position

P0040-o2 sensors wrongly connected

P0356-ignition coil of cylinder 6. Value alternates between too high and low

And p2101- throttle valve position not defined.


From the first camshaft code I'm not sure if I need to change the camshaft sensors or is there any magnet on this engines like used in the c class.

Anyone face anything like this or any idea if all these codes are related.

Humming is probably the abc pulsation dampner. Mine was annoying mostly between 2-2.5k rpm. It took 3 different dealers to figure mine out, not sure how you nailed it so quick. Sorry Im useless on your other issues

Yes change out that pulsation dampener. That buzzing, humming drove me crazy.
It has a new revision part available.
