Is a bad time to buy a 2008 cl 63?
I have heard a lot of different things, any help would be great I have made an offin one with 29,600 miles 2 owners for $42,000 is that too high? The car has no warranty... Very scary

It's a 6 year old car, with very low miles. If it's what you want, and expect to keep it for 3 or more years I wouldn't worry about it too much.
If you're only going to keep it for a year or so, you'll take a pretty big hit.
I bought an '08 because it had the options I wanted (Blk/Blk, PP, CF interior); I thought about buying a 2011-2012, but right now I work out of the country most of the year. It just didn't make sense to me to spend more & get a larger chunk of depreciation on something I don't get to enjoy much... the '08 fills the gap for me.

Thanks for the response
Hey but I heard the 2011 cl550 is just as powerful as 08 63, with better mileage,+ updated looks & same price roughly..that seems like a no brainer to get the 2011 but the 08 is still very nice, smells new still but has a few scratches on armrest..missing a back carpet,it does have all the options I want as well blk/blk dynamic, nigh vision service notifications.Im needed to buy a aftermarket warranty to which is the main reason I'm not jumping on it.What would be a smoking deal on this car 35,000.00 ?
