Is 42,000 too High for a 08 cl63 fully loaded 29,633 miles?. Need buying advice

Hey but the factory warranty expired... Easycare and other won't cover the car either, any suggestions? I can't believe ppl would drive this w/ no warranty. . Lol

Hey all that's so much for the input sorry for posting so many times,almost bout the car but decided to wait for on with mb warranty still,you all were a great help but buying a third party warranty was a bit hard to do.I think I will try to get a 2012 when the s coupe drops,will I see a significant price drop?
