W216 door control unit question.
When I was at workshop. The diagnostic guy said that I need to change the Door control unit because there was water inside the door and he is afraid that one day the control module will just refuse to communicate. But the diagnostics shows that DCM - FL(2168207526) shows error 900A "The mirror heater has Open Circuit" and the error is "Current and Stored".
Therefore I have question: is my dealer trying to get some extra money or its a common failure in this body?
