lights flicker when headlights are on

lights flicker when headlights are on
interior lights, radio, brake lights all flicker when the headlights are on. shows fog lamp error code but all the bulbs are fine. alternator is good. probably gonna check all the grounds. anyone ever have this problem?

I was having the same issues with my car but for my car the culprit was the alternator. The lights would flicker along with everything else. It probably is your grounds. Give them a check up!

Well i must be doing well ,my alternator as been on the car 26 years only thing i have done is that i purchased a set of carbon brushes and fitted them in to the regulator.,,But i have a new regulator spare in the garage.
