Vehicle Service History
Can anyone tell me how I can find out the dealer service history of my car?
When I went into my local dealership. I was told their not allowed to share that information.

Some dealerships are pickier than others about giving the service history out, but if it's your car, they should not refuse you.
Sometimes they require you to show them your registration, but if it's your car, that shouldn't be an issue.
Ask for a vmi (vehicle master inquiry) I think that's what it's called.
If it's not your car, then they might just say no. I call the dealership every time I research a car I might buy... Sometimes the dealers give me everything, sometimes they are no help at all.

A VMI is a "Vehicle Master Inquiry" report. Any Mercedes dealer can run the VIN in the VMI system and come up with the entire history from birth to present. Generally this is done in the service Dept.
