Red face I puked in my car.

So I'm out with a son and a friend, and they talk me into a cigar. Fell for the whole image thing. I don't smoke. Pick a big one that smelled good. The guy compliments me on my excellent choice. Rare and hard to get permission to sell. Nicaraguan. Quatro Cinco. Whatever. Got sick as a dog. Driving home, and a mile away. One hand on steering wheel, one over mouth. Couldn't reach window button at first, then I did, but couldn't get head out the window. So, inside door, outside door, dash, seatbelt, back seat, back side panel, inside window groove, ....... Stayed up when got home and cleaned as much as I could. I did reasonably well in bad light. Then slept for 12 hours and looked at it again and started cleaning. Lucky I have every cleaning tool and goo in the world. It's cleaner now than when I bought it. Let it sit out in the sun to get hot for the acid test. No smell. Even took son (yes, that one) for a drive and he said it smelled great inside. He didn't want to hear the details as it made him gag. So I told him. And told him. And told him.

Lucky as hell, sort of.

LOL. It can happen. I'm not a smoker either. Couldn't care less about smoking cigars. But every now and then I have one with one of my friends who's really in to them. Puked all over a friends garage floor one time. Felt like quite the amateur.

I can't believe I forgot how sick I got laying out on the swim club deck in 7th grade after sneaking smokes in the bathroom with the guys. Ruined the day. Or how I forgot all those movies when the grizzled old man (like me) has the young boy smoke a whole cigar to make him sick and put him off smoking. I have a couple of cigar smoking friends, so I guess I thought I was immune due to age. It's amazing you can get so loaded and sick just having that smoke in your mouth. No wonder they get mouth and gum cancer. Might as well drink paint thinner.

Damn, I can't help but laugh but at the same time feel bad for you man. Cleaning up sick is not pretty, glad you got it all out and its smelling fresh though.

As you said its probably cleaner than its ever been now too so thats a bonus!
