Welcome UDI. So start reading here there's a lot of information.
CL is a great muscle car and it's normally aspirated and AMG has pretty much gotten the most horsepower out of it already.
I'm not sure about the Los Angeles area, but there are a lot of tuners and the cost of the tune is very cheap now but you're only going to get gains in throttle response and a little bit of torque and horsepower. (25)
All I did was the Kleeman tune-with R0W air boxes, resonator delete and I was happy with results.

Tuning is largely wasted on the CL/S/SL as the factory got pretty much everything out and didn't de-tune their flagship vehicles. As above, the only real difference will be in throttle response. The main motivator to tune it would be if you wanted headers (or more).
For a tune, Renntech is really expensive for the whopping 10-15hp you will get out of the M156 in a CL. All of the well known tuners get pretty much the same results; balance value with reputation & you'll have plenty of good options.
