Hello all, I bought a C32 AMG seat set back in March of this year and installed them in my 2001 C320. The car had about 75,000 miles on it when I did the swap. The old seats have been sitting, carefully conditioned and covered in my garage ever since. So here is what I am selling. Front and back seats, including the side padding for the back and the padded strip that runs along the bottom of the back seat backs. This set is Anthracite, very dark gray, leather, perforated, 10 way power adjustable driver and front passenger seat, three position memory on both front seats, 60/40 split fold down rear seat with ski bag pass through that had never even been opened until I opened it to take the pics, power retractable rear headrests, flip up rear seat bottoms. These are NOT heated. This set is in excellent condition as I kept the inside of the car flawlessly clean at all times. That is not to say that these seats are perfect. There are a couple of VERY minor scratches that I have tried very hard to capture in the pictures. These seats are almost seven years old and they were in the car for 75,000 miles so they are not showroom perfect but I would give them a conservative 8.5 out of 10 for used seats. The fronts come with all of the computer control stuff that is bolted to the underside of the seat and are in perfect working order. None of the plugs or wiring looms that connect the seats to the car are included. The seat rails and everything attached to the seats is included. The only things missing are the plastic trim pieces that cover the sides of the front seats and the little plastic pieces that cover the rear seat bottom mounting bolts, these pieces did not come with my C32 seats so I had to use them when I installed my new seats. I used all my old mounting hardware to install the new seats as well so no nuts or bolts come with this set. Basically everything in the pictures is included, except my car of course, and the rug I took the pictures on. These seats came out of my own personal 2001 C320 with 75,000 miles on it. The car has never been wrecked and the airbags have never been deployed. I am not parting out the car I am only selling the seats because I upgraded to the AMG seats and I need some extra garage space. I have no idea about fitment in any other car or how difficult or expensive it would be to convert a car with manual seats to power seats or anything else having to do with installing these seats in anything other than a 2001 W203 C320 with 10 way power seats and power retractable rear headrests. I swapped the seats out by myself in my home garage. It took a few hours but can be done with minimal skill as long as you have a good collection of Torx sockets and screwdrivers. As of right now this is the only place I am posting these seats for sale. I figured I would give you guys and gals a shot at them before I put them on Ebay and/or Craigslist. I am located in North Seattle and would be more than happy to show the set to any interested parties willing to come to my house. Shipping will have to be by freight and is not going to be cheap, these things are heavy. I have a pickup and am willing to deliver the seats if you don't live too far away. How far is too far can be negotiated. I am not willing to load them up and travel just for inspection so if you are interested and feel like you need more info or more pics email me and I will do everything I can to help. I am willing to sell to MBWorld members at less than what I would reserve them for on Ebay. I have no idea what this set is worth so if you are interested please make me an honest offer and we can see what we can work out. If there are no takers on this board I will ask the stealership what the parts would cost to replace and see what other people are getting for similar seats off of auction sites and junkyards and go from there. I am in no hurry to sell these seats so I am really looking for a fair price. What I would really like to do is help out a fellow C owner replace damaged parts or upgrade their car. OK, so I just checked my original window sticker and these seats are actually 12 way adjustable NOT 10 way as I had stated in the title of the original post.

These seats have option codes:

201 Charcoal Leather.

C3: Ski Sack w/Trunk Pass Thru Split Fold Down Rear Seat value added package.

Thats $1,800 in options just for the seats.
