Working on a new audio system on my w208 cabrio
the work is simple:
- 4 x 15" hertz spl sub
- 6 x tweeters
- 4 x kick bass
- 6 x mid range
- 3 x amplifiers AUDISON
- deep cycle batt.
- head unit
I already have an Dvd player (mounted with proclip on the top of the dash) and a PDA platform navigation (with proclip also).
till now I had an Pioneer 6400 with Hertz speakers (original dimensions) and a PS4 amplifier with an double Hertz subwoofer.
I decide it's coming the wind of change...
So I'm working hard at this new system. How do you like it?

Baby Seat
Hey Spining. . .is that a baby seat in the middle of the speakers? If so that is Awesome! My daughter would love that. What a set up. Throw on some ear protectors on her and crank up the music. . .priceless.

spammer?! no way! I'm from romania, what can I sell over there...?!
that's m car, it's the 3rd time I change it. At this project I have decided to colaborate with Hertz for the music ans some small tuing stores for the wheels, tires, body kit, video, navigation, etc...
And yes, I have a daughter, she's 4 (last month) and that's her princess seat (that's how she say); no, while she is in the car the fader is front full.
I will post some new pictures with the video sistem I'll install on the car (including a video camera in the front bumper with a recorder in the back).

Haha cool. I just saw the Hetz graphics all over and assumed.
Hey in the States the Politically Correct-holes would crucify you 2 ways for that seat,lol. First for putting her in obvious harms way and then for gettin' all funky with the bass to the face.

heh! that means two things:
- politically corect sucks... wtf, I's my baby, I'm supposed to take care of her , I love her more than myself! The music is for me, the rest is for us
- I'll never come with thiscar in USA!
The car is ok, now we are expecting another engine from Germany so we can pump up some power. We mounted some slick tires and the car is incredible on the road. Coming back from Cluj (500 km from Bucharest, where I live) we had a lot of fun... We were 9 cars ( Golf V R32, two Evo IX, an Evo VI, an Escort Cosworth, a Porshe Cayenne Gemballa 750 biturbo, Subaru Imprezza Sti and an Logan - Dacia Renault car, not a car...). On the straight lines I was off the contest... On curves I was all over them (ok, not in the first line but..
).
Anyway, I love this car! I was in Greece to the launch of VW Eos and I was realy dissapointed of that car... Comparing it with my old MB is way under, and we are comparing an 1999 car (1997 concept) with a new launched car, the Eos, equipped with everything...
And getting back to the audio sistem, I'll post some pictures taken while we were "building" the sistem...
