Just checked the big online bidding site and $148.35 is the cheapest for what they are calling MERCEDES-BENZ 2088200842 GENUINE OEM FACTORY ORIGINAL MOTOR

CLK 320 Drivers seat INOP
Recently purchased '99 had inop fwd and rev drivers seat. Thanks to forum comments on this subject, I cleaned PO's jelly beans and $1.44 in misc coins from gear track, replaced #6 fuse, gave motor a few love-taps, and we're back in business!

Glad things worked out. If it blows another fuse, change the motor while you are able to move the seat into a workable position. If it gets stuck forward or back, it's not a fun fix.

1999 clk 430 mercedes
driverseat problems
I have a 1999 clk430 and my seat has no action( no tilt ,no front ,no back ) and the fuses seem to be good can any one help and has any one had this problem be fore?
