ok so im all souped bout finally puttin in my green filters into my intake and installing my new clk55 airbox....i even started a nice lil pictorial for everyone, but my DIY was quickly halted.....i open up the airbox to reveal filters completely different than the ones i received!....the ****** sent me the wrong filters!! mad as hell...im pretty sure neway judging by the difference in size....but just in case...heres the pics that i started off with and please let me know if im wrong about the filters being the incorrect ones...

EDIT: I just got off the fone wit this stupit company and they said it was their mistake and they dont have green filters for the CLK55....so i asked if they have it for the C43 AMG cuz i understand its the same airbox - please correct me if im wrong..they said they have it for the C43/ML55/E55 - is this the same filter i need for my CLK55 airbox????

That part number for the C43/ML55/E55 is 2166, however Green's website says 2295 - anyone happen to know the correct part number for the filters - please let me know ASAP is so..thanks

ya i did...and the dumbass told me its the rite part number, but then when i tried puttin em in - it was obviously the wrong filters...so i called again and this guy was able ta verify that they ****ed up on their website and that they actually dont even have any green filters for the clk55 available? - therefore NOO ONEE order from autopartswearhouse or none of their affiliated websites such as innerauto.com ....they have the wrong filters listed....ill probably end up having to order them for like $30-40 more strate from Green's website or euroteckmotorsports....

clkcrazy - that should answer ur question too....but i need to verify the right part number before ordering and ill let u know - i know a lot of ppl on here have the 55 airbox so can you please try to find out the part # on the green filters for the 55 - 2295 or 2166???

ok so i called up green and they said 2295 along with their website for the correct part number...i found one site that actually has the rite part number :http://www.morethantires.com/catalog...91/1085518.htm
i ordered the 2 filters w/ the cleaning kit for a total of $118.01

if anyone is interested...make sure u order 2295 as the part number (call the place to verify...DO NOT get 2166 or 2247)...

Be careful. I am not sure you have the right part number yet. This is a source of problem. Even Green Filter gives the wrong number on their website. However, after checking on the issue, I ordered and received part#2240 for my CLK55 AMG, which I believe is actually the part number for the CLK430 listed on Green Filters site. They fit the CLK55. I purchased mine from Euroteck Motorsports. You can contact Euroteck Motorsports at (954) 732-4934 and ask them, they were helpful but contact is a call back usually later in the day. Good luck.

The 430 filters and the 55 filters are the same size. So you can order the filters for a 430 and they will work the same. The right part# is 2240.
