Cup Holder Door Stuck Open
Does anyone have a fix for a cup holder door (wood lid) that won’t stat closed? This morning, I opened the lid and now it won’t close. The internal pop-up holder works fine, it’s just the lid.

The reason why your cup-holder lid will not stay closed is because there is probably something that fell down in the compartment that is not letting the lid close all the way. Just look in there carefully, and you'll probably be able to pull out the problem.

Big Thanks. You were exactly correct. After your suggestion, I looked more closely and found a small piece of plastic that had slide down in the hinge area. The plastic was also black matching color of the internals of the lid hinge which made it difficult to find. After removal, it works great now!
