First, if you don't know how to do brakes, I recommend that you NOT use my posts or any information I supply as a guide. I recommend that you take the car to a qualified mechanic.
Having said that, this is an OVERVIEW of how I did my brakes. Please see a qualified mechanic for detailed instructions. These are the tools/parts I used:
Rear Brakes:
ENSURE THAT THE BRAKES ARE WORKING (THE PEDAL DOESN'T GO TO THE FLOOR) BEFORE TAKING THE CAR OUT OF PARK.
Having said that, this is an OVERVIEW of how I did my brakes. Please see a qualified mechanic for detailed instructions. These are the tools/parts I used:
- Floor Jack
- Jack Stands
- Full set of metric tools including a breaker bar, torque wrench, punch, hammer, pliers, and a caliper piston spreader (which is a screwdriver for some people).
- CRC Disk Brake Quiet
- Blue Loctite
- A Micrometer
- Factory pads
- Factory brake wear sensors

Helped bigmike1979 do the rears and was literally 15min max ds from taking off the wheel to reinstalling the wheel after replacing with akebono pads. PS took even less time.
But the front was a b*$R, couldnt even get the 18mm bolts to budge at all. Didnt have the right allen wrench to fit under the cap to go that route either. So will try again later. Ran out of time.
