How to Install K&N in 430?

How do I put the K&N filter in a CLK 430 2001 model year? I think I need two of them right? The engine has this plastic cover. What do I have to remove and how do I do it?

If you do a search, there have been more than enough posts to answer your question.

You need 2 filters. Pull the plastic engine cover up and off, turn over and loosen the torx screws. Separate the cover in half and remove/install the new filters. Tighen torx screws, re-install.
