After weeks of work, my car is finally out of the body shop. Let me know what you guys think. That is the first one ever installed on a pre-2000 car.

Sorry about the big pictures! It was cloudy here today so the car isn't so bright and shiny, but you get the idea.

looks tight!

that looks tight on a red car!

now with those huge wheels exposing your brake calipers - you need a BABK (Big *** Brake Kit)!!!!

it really does look great - enjoy the hell of it!

Looks great on a red car. I haven't decided on a body kit yet, however, it's definitely between the Carlsson RS or Lorinser DTM kit.

looks great

The DTM kit and the wheels look fantastic. I am personally going to get the DTM Kit with 19' AMG Chrome Monoblocks soon.

Here goes. It's pricey.

Lorinser DTM kit (list)

Front bumper, 2059
Side skirts, edition version, 1100
Rear bumper, 2049
Exhaust, SS, 1339

Lorinser LM5 wheels (list)

19x8.5, chrome, 1444
19x9.5, chrome, 1514

Please contact me if you need "special pricing". Lorinser dealers, by contract, are not allowed to publicly post any pricing other than list, or risk disqualification and/or termination.

very very very nice... i thought the lorinser kit had the 'shark type gills" instead of what you have on? I like what you have on much better than the other loinser kit i've seen.

i might have to put that on my CLK 320 cab

Did paint cost a lot? Thanks

The side skirt is the new style. Both look nice, but this one goes with the DTM kit better, and the older goes with the regular kit better (gill design). The new skirt costs a few hundred bucks more, though.

The paint/installation took 2 weeks and ran about 1200. Not bad considering the quality of work done, plus a 10 year guarantee on fade and finish. PPG polyurethane paint was used.

Was that just to paint the pieces then? Or the whole car?

How much did you pay for the kit?

How much does the painting cost anyway?

I think I already listed it somewhere. I got it for dist. cost minus a kickback for personal use. Saved a few pennies....

If you need pricing, just email me. I can't post it.

Our Lorinser pricing is on sale every day ....haha

2018 E400 COUPE SOLD -> Porsche Taycan 4S
looks great. i actually went to the cec showroom this weekend to look at the clk. however, they didnt have a clk on the showroom floor. the prices the salesman were quoting me were ridiculously inflated. i think it looks great on your car. my one question is, how durable/strong are those foglights? can they take a daily beating from road debris/rocks/pebbles? can anybody else with the lorinser kit already shed some input on it?

I don't know...that car has been retired from evryday street duty. I will put it on the street occasionally, but bot too often. Hopefully i'll be ok *knock on wood* but the foglight glass doesn't seem to be real thick.

Maybe Lorinser CLK would know.

2018 E400 COUPE SOLD -> Porsche Taycan 4S
i know what you mean. after spending all that cash, you dont want to scratch the hell out of it every day. i was contemplating getting a kit whether lorinser or carlson, but id really want it to be functional because my clk is a daily driver too. i need to know if it will take that daily beating. hoping that other people in this forum that have the kit also can give me some more info.

Does anyone think I need to add the decklid, or is it going to be too much???? I def. don't want the roof spoiler.

I may have to post a poll on this one.
