what size spacers and bolts?

Finally wanna throw my lorinsers on cuz they're just sitting.I need to know what size spacers and bolts for et38 before putting them on.I would also wanna know what's most agressive set up I can put for spacers and bolts if the rim is 19x9.5 in the rear.the front is 19x8.5 thanks guys
