'99 CLK Suspension Issue

New member here so please be gentle.

I know it's an unusual question to ask but the speed bumps in my neighbourhood are killers. Is there a way to raise the ride height of a '99 CLK by 1" so I don't drag the undercarriage when I cross the speed bumps?
