Motor mounts most likely. If it were the tranny mount, you'd feel a vibration through the shifter/center of the car when loading the tranny.
There's only one tranny mount and it's a rubber crossbrace. Most recommend if changing the engine mounts, change the tranny mount too (especially @ 130k).

Change them both. You will not regret the feeling of a brand new CLK
When I got mine at 55k (kilometers) I thought it was perfect until I did a tranny and engine mount change. I said to my self - the Benz is now a Benz

Change both the motor and tranny mounts! Just had this problem and now the car feels fresh! Good luck!

Thanks for the photos, I got round to changing the transmission mount, pretty simple, you just need to under 4 bolts, (2 x 13mm and 2 x 16mm) and swap. When I took the old one off it first looked okay, but I saw it had split and the gap was wider at the top, which meant the transmission was slumped down a little.
Now its replaced with a new one, the car feel sweet and tight again. No vibration in park or drive when cold and I also realised that as the exhaust is mounted to the side of the transmission it was being pulled down and causing it to vibrate a little which is now gone. ! Engine mounts looked okay for now, but will change them in due course.

Gratz on getting your car sorted. Do you have any pics about the trannie mount, or any links to them?
