I don't know if anyone, other than a stealer, has a list that cross references the VIN with radio code, if you have the original radio. If you have the operator's packet that came with car, then it will have a card in it that has the radio code.

that you do not know it does not mean it doesn’t exists. The people that is related to workshops and that use the full MB software has this codes.

It its true what you said, but unfortunately for my case, 10 years after, and me being third owner of my car, the code car its missing.

As Pancho said, go to a dealership. They will give you the code as long as the car is there and it is registered to you. They will do nothing over the phone.

Yeah, that's a good idea, 2 posts. Just keep posting until someone gives you the answer you want, and maybe a grammar and spelling book, that would help, too. Of course, you are way too smart to take any good faith advice. I mean, after all, you are you, and that's great.

Three suggestions:

1. I suggest you make a new topic. The likelihood of getting transmission info on a topic about radio codes, is, very, very, very small--maybe infinitesimal.

2. I suggest you make a specific query, because a general query like yours will elicit a general response like: all cars will eventually have transmission problems.

3. I suggest that before you post a new topic, use the search engine to find topics related to your issue, read them, learn them, then make a posting for additional help. The folks that can help you do not want to have every single issue reborn, especially when there are already a load of helpful posting over the last 10 years or so. First, search and learn, then post.
