2001 CLK320 Wheel questions

I have a gentleman who wants to buy my 05 clk55 stock rims to put on his 01 clk320.

The wheel specs are 18 x7.5 Et37 and 18x 8.5 Et30
Problem is the tires are 245 up front and 275 in the rear.

Will he have any issues? He has stock suspension.

Thanks in advance

Is his vehicle aggressively lowered? If not @ 7.5 and 8.5 I think he will be okay. I used to run 275's in back on 9" wide wheel but always had spacers on them. Always 235's up front tho. If it's too close some small spacers would help kick em out.

Stock suspension. They are actually 235 40 upfront.

It should be ok right?
