01 clk320 lights out HELP PLEASE

i have a 2001 clk 320 and the forward interior lights (dome & vanity lights), sun/moon roof are not working at all. I had replaced the dome light assembly, still no luck. Also my "fanfair" (horn) fuse keeps blowing. If anyone out here knows what I could do, your suggestions are gracefully and gratefully welcomed. Thank you.
