Why did you switch out the OEM muffler and why keep the old muffler?

He might have wanted a different sound or tip design. And considering the AMG is one of the better flowing/fitting mufflers available for the CLK, why would he just trash it?

Of course if it was in good shape and just swapped out for sound or looks. I was just curious if jt was changed out for some mechanical reason. Anyway good luck to the OP with the sale.

Josh K hit the nail on the head. Went with a different muffler for a little more sound and tip design. The AMG muffler is great for a 430. It has a nice rumble to it. Nothing wrong with it at all.
