You will have to buy an OEM part. I haven't seen any stock aftermarket available, and the body kits are a pain to fit. All these cars have cracked bumpers due to the design, everyone looks for one just like you are.

I don't think it's stupid. Most people don't know that Xenons were required for washers on US spec cars, and for those that do know - it's your car, you can do it how you want. I've had my car forever and have never used the washers. Lastly, you could always grab the heater tank, switch gear, and convert yours to a functional system.
Absolute lastly - you're looking for a 430 bumper, does that mean you have a 320 Sport package?

The CP1 sport package added the CLK430 front and rear bumper covers, the side skirts, anf the 430 wheels and tires to the CLK320.
J-Will has one. Of course, his car has it all - including the Japanese-spec exhaust
When Bootsy Collins says "all the players in the house say Hey", he was talking to J-Spec CLK owners

I had issues installing the OEM washer covers because of a broken lock/bolt on the R fender side.
I used RTV silicon import-spec grey to secure them until I RnR the cover for repair.
Have the parts now just waiting for nice weather, Smoking hot in Florida right now.
Occasionally the covers pop up on e-bay and craigslist. Its all about timing.

My 300td had windshield wipers on the headlights. I assume they work good in Europe for snow and ice. The heated headlight washer has the same concept.
Likely you will never use it in Sarasota.
The covers alone list for about 60.00 each and make the car harder to polish.

I good body shop would be able to fill the washer openings. As others said you can always get the washer covers and secure them to the front bumper without retrofitting the actual headlight washers.

it wouldn't really be more difficult, it would just take an extra minute or so to get it perfect. Instead of just running the polisher over it you would have to make sure to clean out any polish that builds up around the seam and hand polish the area immediately surrounding the cover if you're **** about that stuff. I am. But what's a couple of extra minutes?

When you say "repair", that can mean a of things. I'm going to guess you have a crack that you'd like welded. You'd need a plastic welding tool, the correct nozzles, the correct welding rods for the plastic you're working with, and knowledge of how to weld plastic. I've seen it done, and it doesn't look like rocket science. There are DVDs that teach how to weld plastics.
After the welds are complete, naturally, you'll need paint.
