chain tensioner?

Hi Guys

Looking forward to tomorrow as picking up my car from the bodyshop as its been tidied up where there were some rust points in the usual areas near the wings and doors. Both sides are being repainted in full !

Anyway changing the subject, I have been trying to locate a rattle I get at about 2300 rpm and think it may be the chain tensioner is slack inside the engine? can anyone advise if there is a spring replacement you can access in the side of the engine? (I used to have this on my old 190E)

I manged to fix the rattle that has been bugging me for weeks. It was a very, slight bit of play in an exhaust bracket that when warm increased in noise. The bracket in question was in the front, at the downpipe bend. The nut was corroded, so I put a nice little weld on the joint instead and not more rattles.
