99 CLK 430
PSE actuator

My lumbar supports lose pressure after appx 5 mins of driving
When I open the trunk the actuator runs for 10+ seconds...and I can't shut the trunk lid till it quits.
When I unlock my doors the actuator runs for 10+ seconds
When I lock my doors the actuator runs for 10+ seconds

Guessing it is timing out. I doubt i have a leak in every one of these loops.

The trunk does open...the doors still lock and unlock...but something is wrong. Is my actuator wearing out?

My wife also said the A/C isn't cooling like it used to. I've read that this same actuator controls some of the A/C also....

Should I replace the actuator??

You should definitely look into changing the actuator... It sounds as though its starting to fail.

Here's a DIY Video:
