Brake Light Bar Really Dim
I don't know how long this has been the case as I just saw it today after I changed the brake light switch and replaced a license plate bulb.
I removed the LED light bar and hooked it up to a 12V batt and found all lights lit up, but were dim. I then checked the plug at the light bar with the brake lights on and found only 10.6V on the meter.
I snapped the assembly together and it lit up when brake pedal was pressed. Only the far right group of LEDs failed to light. All others were dim, but lit.
I also checked the harnass that goes through the rubber conduit from the trunk to the trunk lid and found no obviously broken wires.
Any ideas? Thanks for your response.
