2002 Mercedes CLK 430 Radaitor Question
I'm about to attempt to change my radiator, hoses, thermostat, coolant tank..ect. Where is a good reasonable web site to purchase parts too. Does any one have a video, PDF Pictures of the process. I'm handy with a wrench but this was my fathers car. I've never worked on a Mercedes before. Is it a straight forward job? Help..also I think the motor mounts are bad..how hard is that as well..PLEASE any pictures or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you..

Very straight forward job. Drain the radiator, disconnect all hoses, pull the old radiator and drop the new one in, connect hoses, new coolant/water mix and you're done. Autohausaz carries most if not all of the OEM replacement parts you will need.

When in doubt, do a search....here's one (just yesterday) of many...

I also have found autohausaz to be my most reliable site for parts.

+1 for Autohausaz, get the Behr radiator.

I changed the radiator in my 2002 CLK430 a few months ago. Drain the coolant, pull the hoses, remove the upper brace, pull the fan shroud, pull the plastic air intakes on both sides of the radiator, disconnect both transmission lines (do NOT lose the o-rings or forget to reinstall them), and that's about all it. The radiator will slide right out. I got my radiator from AutohausAZ. They're a great parts house.
With the radiator out, it's a good time to check the tensioner and pulley.
