My sunroof won't open, it sounds like the motor is operating but it doesn't open fully. Any suggestions?

are you saying that it does open somewhat?
If yes, then you simply need to set the limits...try to open little at time until fully open...hold switch 5 seconds..open done...step by step, close...when closed, hold 5 seconds..limits set.

if not open at all, I;m no help.
