double radio installer in miami, FL
Hello everyone,
I am trying to install a double din Pioneer radio and backup camera in my CLK403. Can anyone point me to a knowledgeable installer in south florida?

I envision the installer saying one of two things; (1) no problem or (2) we have to rewire everything. If the answer is #2, I'd thank them for their time and leave.
I've swapped HUs and in a CLK, these are dead simple. Use a wiring harness adapter and tap the cigarette lighter connection for switched DC. It's plug and play - no factory wires are cut.
If you decide to use a Bose signal converter, things get a little more complicated, but not much. If you decide to retain the steering wheel controls, that adds a wrinkle as well - but it's quite doable and no factory wires are cut.
