I was getting an intermittent ABS light on the dash on my 99. While I was working on the washer tank leak, I noticed the wires from the ABS pump to the ABS module were completely bare. The wire coating had completely disintegrated. I took the wires out of the plug and placed heat shrink on both wires, used my heat gun to shrink it down. Put the wires back into the plug and no more ABS light. Please take a look at your wires. Our cars are getting up there in age...make sure they are safe!
