Same thing here. I hate it, too. I think it is normal though. And you can't do anything. Let me know what your dealer says.

Are you referring to brake squeal?

I have had the same rattling problem when the temperature in Houston dropped this winter. The noise seemed to be coming from the roof of the passenger side or thereabouts. After I put the top down a couple of times the rattling went away. Try that option and see if it works. If not, you should take it to the dealer.

have you tried lubing the seals? Convertibles are very prone to noises like this.

I have a coupe and I am hearing a lot of annoying noises from my car. Ever since the weather got cold, whenever I go over a speed bump the suspension makes this really annoying clunking noise. The brakes also squeak like crazy. When I have my sunroof opened (in the tilted position) it makes an annoying vibration noise. The rear sunshade was also shaking, but the dealer replaced that.

Have the dealer replace your pads and rotors for the brake squeal. The suspension should not make any noise at all nor should the sunroof when tilted, have them address these issues too.

It seems like my car is constantly in the dealer, theres always some type of issue. I just got it back two weeks ago after having new ESP and ABS units put in..I usually just wait a month or two and make my routine visit where I give them a list of all the issues.
