Could you make me a favor and ask him for how much he could sell new Navi/CD player (same as you have) and how much would cost new interior wood or aluminium decorations. Thank you a lot.

Hi, nice work on ur ride man. I dont really understand all the concept of ntg 2.5 command but do u know if i can install amg paddles on a clk 320 2005 (US specs 5 gears) ??? would appreciate your reply if you have an idea

(i think it costs about 80 euro (80+80 left and right))
Theese are from slk amg steering wheel
To retrofit the paddles the steps are.
Unmount the airbag unit (2 screws)
Remove standard shift button (in my case mounted on pressure)
drill an hole per side (to fix the paddles with the screw in stock)
Mount the new paddles and change the paddles plug with the old one (becouse are different)
Mount airbag
Done.

I think its because of the new tank module, as the calibration intends to make the reading not correct, so we can have some error margin, that in the old models (2006<) woun't had!
I had/have 2003/2004 sport coupe 2005 C wagon and the range display was almost 100% accurate, now in my 2007 w204 and my 2008 w209 when the reserve reachs 50% the range distance is replaced by a car symbol
(I removed that to)They force us to go refuel in emergency! (offcourse it's not recomended to drive with feew fuel in tank)
Since I activated this MOD I realised that its the tank sensors are calibrated in order to make that reading, as just in my old cars I could put 67L in tank (63L capacity annouced) and in the new ones, same tank, only 58, 62 max! (the extra liters could be for 100km more!)
With the tank content option sometimes I see 8L leaft (allready in reserve for some KM), and I put 62L of fuel=70L in tank measures, and it only shows 62L!!! WTF
And I forgot to mention, in newer cars when refueling, when it stops, thats it, no more fuel can be added!

It's amazing, it's two times bigger than the H/K ntg 2.0

Time goes by and Finally I have retrofitted che ntg 2.5 clc comand and HK amplifier.
It was an hard work becouse HK Ampli doesn't work on clk becouse it looks the car VIN number.
With star diagnosis I changed in EZS the car type in r171 (slk) and amplifier works nice.
The only problem is that i lost the express-up function on front windows.
But now i have the new ntg 2.5 with hk amplifier - tv tuner - reversecam on R and Iphone Kit.
If you have any questions fell free to ask me!

Glad to see you got everything installed. Not to nit-pick here bro, but that command look to be a little bigger than the 209 OEM unit, have you thought about shaving the sides down a 16th or so to get it flush?

yes, it is a little bigger, but it is aldready shaved 
Just a little diffrence for a better sound a dvd and mp3 player, a digital tv tuner, media interface and iphone kit

How did you shave that Comand? Which tools did you use? Will it suit without any trimming?
I have NTG2 in my C209 320 CDI and I would also like to change it for NTG2.5.
What about the wiring? Do you know which cables will I need to change when upgrading from NTG2 to NTG2.5? I don't have HK in my car.
By the way I also love those AMG shift paddles around the steering wheel. Unfortunately I don't have any shift paddle behind my steering wheel (in my 7G-tronic I can switch gears only via gear knob between front seats) so that upgrade might be difficult to install without any serious (and expensive) modifications. Do you know anything about that?

About paddles, I think this should be easy, you can install a steering wheel with holes for paddles, The plug should be present under the airbag.
BUT do you have the M function on your gearbox (usually if paddles are not present there are only the S and C function)
If you don't have the M funtion the activation is tricky because you require an update of mercedes FDOK that could be done only in Mercedes and only it's hard to find someone that will do this job for you.

I'm wondering about the wiring harness. Is upgrading from NTG2 to NTG 2.5 in CLK easy operation? I found this kit, is it sufficient?
