2009 CLK350 Running Lights
Do '09 CLK350 all have daytime running lights?
If not,can one purchase a module so that the car will have day time running lights?

Yes, go to your multifunction display in your speedometer to change this.
Under Settings - Lighting -
I cant remember the exact title but its something like Hedlamp cicuit mode or something to that matter, but you will onlly have to options: CONSTANT & MANUAL
constant = Daytime running lights
