The spacer should fit snug on both the wheel bore and hub bore if that helps.

Does your spacer have a lip on it or is it just flat? Take them off and the vibration should go away.

Back should be fine. Fronts might be a little suspect at et37.

do you think that using a 5mm spacer to bring the offset down to 32 will work?
he is not opposed to using spacer as long as the bolts are the right size.

The smallest size spacer that is hubcentric is 10mm. A 5mm spacer up front will cause vibration.

so true... a 5mm will drive you crazy with the vibration and that goes for the rears as well.

Monarch EURO 63 RS
19x8.5 32mm offset - 3mm spacers = 29mm
19x9.5 35mm offset

225/35/19 Toyo FZ4
255/35/19 Bridgestone Potenza RE050

some generic 3mm spacers on the front. This was to give the shock a little bit more room and also the bolts I had were a bit too long so that allowed me to use them.

Lowered with Bilstein PSS9 Coilovers

No camber kit for now

Before mounting place the bolts in to the wheels and measure the part sticking out. For me the thread sticking out is 5/8" (16mm) both front and back. Any longer and I would not be able to tighten up the front and in the rear I was hitting the E-break with the knocking sound.

I think I could also lower a bit more but the look is fine now and do not want to deal with potencial rubbing issues. I might drop the front by another 1/2 inch and will try to add 10mm spacers in the rear.

Where are you guys finding 32 offset wheels? I looked on Power Wheels Pro and everything seems to be a 35 offset which is fine for my CLK550 rear but not the front. They have a couple 32 offset but they are 18x8 and do not have matching 35 mm offset for the rear.

I would prefer not to use spacers if I do not have to.

I am looking for an 18 8.5/9.5 setup.

Why not go with a low offset all around? ET32?

Here's my fitment question...

I have a 2011 W212 / E350.

I am contemplating running...

Front - 20x9 ET 43 Tires - 245/30/20
Rear - 20x10.5 ET 48 Tires - 285/25/20

Looking for a classic/aggresive stance. I have no qualms about using spacers.

Yay or Nay?

You might be better served asking in the 212 forum. Good luck

Did a search and found this the only wheel fitment sticky. Figured wouldn't hurt asking here for any of the pros out there that might know.

The purpose of this thread is to share wheel/tire fitments and suspension setups for THE W209 CLK.

You probbaly would have better luck searching in the 212 forum or creating a thread there and asking your questions. Good luck.

Anyone running ET32 in front? I am looking at the Avarus AV6 in black w/machined lip and it only comes in ET32 front, and ET35 rear (19 inch)...so curious about how that works...TIA for any input.

You should be fine. You can see in my post on page 1 that I ran ET35 all around at one point with my stock 320 brakes with no problems. Only thing is you might want to push them out a bit with spacers.

Yes I am. Now I can ROTATE them. Remember I'm the guy who bought a used car with 3 wheels of the same size and one rear wheel wider by an inch. Going to sell those now. They have good rubber on them too.
