if you have et35 all around on a staggered setup, are spacers a requirement...or just for appearance? Thx

Similar to these:

after a stop at discount tire today, they say i really need rear tires asap. i was wrong on my fitment of the mandrus wheels, they have ET25 and ET32 for fronts and ET25 and ET35 for rears

judging on my current mandrus MG5 (18x8.5/9.5 all ET30) it appears i should be going 32/25. i definitely dont want to go ET35 in rear and move the wheel more inward than what it is now.

this is really the only appealing wheel i can get locally

otherwise i'm looking at replicas.

any issue in getting ET45 fronts with a 15mm spacer (ET30)? i like a few of the powerwheelspro wheels but ET35 wont work for front cause i'm not going to run a shim and i dont want to go down to ET25 with a 10mm hubcentric spacer

discount rep told me to stay away from spacers but he was probably spewing corporate stuff he's required to spew

keep in mind i do want to eventually lower with h&r springs so i need fender room with whatever wheels i go with

thanks

so it looks like i'm gonna get a set of Niche Targas

19x8.5 ET42 + 12mm spacer
19x9.5 ET25

235/35/19
265/30/19

i have to get the fronts like that cause otherwise i will have to go ET34 (which says it'll fit but probably wont fit over my amg calipers) or ET25 which judging on my current ET30 wheels will be flush or maybe even a slight poke

i still want to be able to lower the car

does this setup sound good? any issues going ET42+12mm spacer in the front?

i did reach under the front wheel well yesterday and my current 18x8.5ET30 with 225/40/18 are REEEEEEAL close to the strut. i will trust that the 235 tire is ok since you all are running it

thanks again

Hello, I am stock everything except exhaust (quads). I want to go with 18" wheels (I also want to powder coat them)

http://www.oemwheelsplus.com/index.p...heels-set.html

It's ET32 front and ET35 rear. My tire size would be 255/35/18 in rear and 235/40/18 in rear. I also want to lower with H&R springs. Would there be any rubbing or problems with this setup? Also, since I have quad exhaust, my passenger side pipe is a little lower due to trying to avoid the sway bar. Would there be any scraping if I go over speed bumps with a lowered setup and 18" rims? Thanks

Looks great. How are the fronts? Any issues? Do you have a 10mm spacer?

NO issues upfront. No spacers upfront
Currently No issues since I went 265 in the rear.
15mm spacers custom shaved down to 8.5mm in the rear.

I saw these when looking through the powerpro wheels website. I think they have appropriate sizes and offsets available, I thought they looked reasonable in gunmetal, not the black but you just need to decide if they suit your tastes since you will see them everyday.

Someone is selling a set of BBS CH wheels with the following specs:

5x112 with 215 35 19 19x8.5

Anyone know if I'll have any issues running this set up? Thanks in advance

Very nice setup. Where did you get the rims? Any rubbing at all?

Thanks man. An no rubbing whatsoever so far, but thats with normal everyday driving. I haven't driven her hard yet cuz i wanna break in the new tires but even with that i should be fine . Im trying to get my fenders rolled and add some spacers. And the rims I got them from ebay. It took me a while to find them tho because I knew exactly which ones i wanted.

Do you feel the weight difference of the replica rims? I've read in the forums that replicas are a lot heavier than stock/OEM rims because of cheaper metal used

Not if you actually want to drive your car.
Check out sweet Jones setup for more details

Would 18 x 8.5 ET32 and 18 x 9.5 ET35 (they're Forgestar F14s so I can choose a custom offset) with H&R springs (spring pad #4) and Bilstein B8 shocks have any problems? Also would these tires work: 225/40/18 and 255/35/18?

The rim set up would be perfect. I would even go 19x10 in the back. Not too familiar with tires sorry.
