Part Needed: Little headrest adjust button on 2003 CLK500 passenger door....

The little button the controls the headrest height (passenger side) on my 2003 CLK500 fell off and is missing in action. My dealer wants $200 for an entirely new assembly PLUS installation labor....for what is a missing ten cent part.
The post that is still there works fine but looks ugly.
Any leads? Ideas?
Thanks
