WOW I just bought a CLK 550 LOL

Comin from an world where AMERICAN cars have been always related to an american lifestyle wich stands for it self, ment positively, I was only focused on american muscle cars...wich is a luxury to own in germany...well for some people. So I went through every possible modstage with my american cars and expierienced alot of beneficial outputs as well as drawbacks. My car List is not THAT impressive, but like I said beeing a german citizen with mustangs in garage is a highlight in some areas ;-) No need to explain that Im really happy i had my stangs wich gave me alot of mechanical input...yeah phenolic spacers, TBs, EGRs, MAFs...tunes...and chips ( better to eat then to install ) and what not arent unknown subjects to me lol
Anyhow all these expieriences I had, having a 305 HP musclecar and trying to beef it up...BRAKES...SUSPENSION...POWER...and drowning a ****load of money into an car wich is considered as an IMPORT where you live, so parts are killuh hard to get...brang me to the point where I just HAD to reorder my thoughts and then I just switched my mind...and focused on the european carmarket
No looking back., what can i say....
ITS A BOOOOOY!
CLK 550 Im happy.
Now that I found your forum I CANT await to learn and see whats possible...Im so into the carbone shift console of the black series...nedd to have it. If someone got infos LMK!

And? I don't know how is it in the US, but in Europe the 550 (known as 500 here) had the AMG package as an optional, costing 3000-4000 us $. The license plate shown on the picture is a temporal one from Germany if I'm not wrong, so I supose he is not in the US

Have you had other American cars besides the mustang? I would be interested to hear your list and thoughts on American muscle. Best of luck on your mods and happy driving.

No I was literally stang-addicted and had a few of them, besides my everyday DDs, no need to dig deeper, hope you understand. Everything was for a purpose at least I think that way so now my whole focus is on the CLK.
