Wow, you really got my attention with the thread title!
But seriously, is the grinding noise present only when the tire is rotating? And is it always present when the tire is rotating? If so, it's likely not the suspension, but rather something in the brakes or the wheel bearing.

Usually caused by using lugs that are too long for the new rim to seat in correctly.
They'll tighten in too far and hit the ebrake calipers. If its still making the noise with the old rims back on something is probably broke. [edit] Here ya go. Reusing old lug on new rim allows it to screw too far in, hitting the rear e-brake shoe:

turns out it is the drive shaft that is going bad anybody know about how much to fix this and somewhere to get this part for a good price thankyou would appreciate a response asap

OK you have likely damaged a CV joint on the drive/side shaft - replace the wheel bearing at the same time & check the parking brake mechanism.
If it's the propshaft that is making the noise then it's likely the rear flex disc.
