Replacement battery suggestions?

I used to like the genuine MBZ batteries, but the last few I've had have only lasted about 3 years. The Advance Auto AGM has a full 3-year replacement warranty.

2004 CLK 500 with AMG Package, Not Convertible
Final update, it was a very simple process to replace the battery. Not sure why I was being a chicken, start by removing 3 clips for the cabin air filter, then:
1- First, I hooked up a battery charger with + present under the red clip and ground cable, as mentioned here: http://www.fitzhughmedia.com/MBF/battery.html
2- Remove two 12mm bolts from battery terminal, first remove -ve and then +ve
3- Remove 2 bolts for the bracket, which were 13mm, make sure to use a magnet as you don't want to lose those bolts.
4-Completely remove the bracket and take the old battery out
5-Place the new battery in, tighten up the bracket and both bolts
6-Install +ve terminal and then finally hook up -ve terminal
7-Remove the tender, install red cover cap on the + side
8- Put the air filter back on and pat yourself on the shoulder
I hope someone will find it useful, please give me a shout if any questions.
Thanks to everyone on the forum for all of your help and advice.

I just replaced my 7 year old Mercedes Varta battery today with the Pepboys Bosch AGM battery. 48 month replacement warranty and Consumer Reports says Bosch is the best. $182 after 15% discount online, $20 mail in rebate, picked up at my local store.
20 minutes to get it out, it is tight, and about 15 to put it back in, reset the windows, roll down then up and hold up button for a few seconds, and reset clock. All is good.

After 11 years life out of the original MB Battery, and hearing too many problems with aftermarket, I got a MB replacement for $150 (including MBCA Club Membership discount, and changed it myself.
Why save a couple bucks for something that lasts a=only a few years? I've never gotten 11 years from a battery!!!!!
(I am not normally a "Stealership" parts buyer, but in this case - just get a club membership and get the original 100ah battery. You'll be glad you did.)

The original battery lasted only 5 years. Local dealership quoted me $320CAN (parts alone) for an OE replacement. I went to get a no-brand unit for $85CAN which lasted me 6 years. For the 3rd battery, I went to the same place to get an AGM for $110.
This is a battery distribution which sell the products at the side, no charge for installation. Both batteries are black with no label, funny thing was both times they asked me which labels (brand) I liked them to put on. I was referred to this place by a MB technician.
One note is they changed the battery while the ignition was on, no need to reset the radio and windows.
