I think you have sound to go with those tips....... Sounds good..... You should wait 200-300 miles, as the new pipes will coat and tone down a bit, but you may be shopping for some resonators......
Sounds really good.... Be safe and enjoy!

Yeah I noticed the tips look like CKS tips, they're more rounded than the AMG authentic tips haha. There is some drone at 1600-2000 RPM and that's when the console vibrates a little bit. I also realized that I can smell something that does not smell like exhaust fumes, should I be worried? Also my friends thinks I have an exhaust leak but from the fly by video it doesn't sound like it. Why would I be shopping for resonators? Haha

There aren't many places along that exhaust path to cause panic concern. Just double check the rear section and make sure your spare tire well or anything around the rear suspension is not too close to the pipes. Be careful, but you can just hold your hand near or touch some of the plastic (polycarbon) and rubber components after a drive to check them.
You probably wouldn't be able to tell from the drive by if there was an exhaust leak, unless there was a hole in the pipe. Look for water underneath 10-15 min after a drive. Take it back to the shop for a quick check after a couple hundred miles. Why does your friend say you may have an exhaust leak?
"Build it" (open up your exhaust) "and they" (drone) "will come".

New pipes will smell a bit. This should go away after a few hundred miles of driving, if they are indeed the source.

My friend says that there is a weird noise coming from the engine when I accelerated in the fly-by video, can you hear anything?
Haha the drone vibrates the console at 1600-1800 and then there is very little drone at 2000 RPM. Luckily it's in a low range, but I don't think I should need resonators, because if I put it on, it would be really quiet on the outside.

There does seem to be a secondary sound from your car, starting as you reach the camera. Check the tightness of the pipes. Some people prefer to have them free to move with the dynamics of the car; I prefer to have them locked in solidly. Make sure that you can't move them, with the tips, enough to bump anything.
Aside from that, your friend could be right on a leak. Have it checked by the installers after a couple hundred miles. If it is a leak and on the bottom, you'll get a small water puddle. If it is elsewhere you or the installer will have to hold your hand (wet) close to the pipe welds while the car is running. (Or use a thermal meter)

The exhaust is welded not clamped on so unless one of the welds sucks I don't see where the exhaust would leak. The resonators won't quiet it by much but they will kill some of the drone. If the console is shaking...that's pretty bad haha.

Haha yeah it vibrates ever so slightly at around 1600-1800 RPM but I'll wait until a few hundred miles later to see if I need the resonators because I really like the sound and I wouldn't want it to quiet down, just a little of the drone to go away.

If you stay on it, you'll probably notice drone at aound 2500 rpm also. The 2500 point is generally not a problem as you'll just be "passing" through. 1800-2000 is highway cruising range and can be a real pain. If on the interstate you can shift (6-D-6) to move out of the range, but even that is a pain on a trip > 10 miles.

Alright I went on a little 15 mile drive, most of it freeway, and man that drone was pretty bad. My ears were pounding when I got home lol. I'm gonna wait another 100-150 miles to see what I'm gonna do about that drone.

Yeah it has very nice sound, especially in a tunnel but the drone would be pretty bad. Today I just hit 220 miles and the drone got a little better because the pipes got used to it so I don't think I'm gonna need resonators. Will post some better videos later

OK guys, long time no update, but I have finally changed my exhaust setup!
All I did was delete the secondary cats and straight pipe it. Everything else is the same. So now, all I have are the primary cats and an X-pipe. Here's a sound clip. Enjoy!
