Tribe members: can anyone of you who have done the retrofit conversion confirm that I have to purchase these items IN addition to the clk63 bumper in order to do the conversion? Im saddened to find out that this retrofit is going to be very $$$$$$$

I have a full list of the parts needed if you want it. You're missing some on your list. Essentially the bumper comes in all separate pieces that need to be bought individually. It's about 2200$ worth of parts alone.
