Are the door panels interchangeable?

My bro broke my passenger side (obviously) door panel, I was wondering if I can just change that speaker cover part furthest away from the door handle from the inside. If so how much and what's it called, if not how much to replace the whole panel

Do I have to remove the whole door panel to get to my rear door speaker cover? Or I can just pry and remove the cover?

You have to get behind. I'm 99% sure I read a post a few months ago that at least some speaker grill was replaceable, which surprised me. I figured you'd need a new panel.
