Well first I like to give a big Thanks to this board for saving from a reaming and all the helpful info that is on here. Recently my radio took a crap after reading every thread on hear about our problematic sound systems, decided to install new amp and head unit Kenwood head unit with a Pyle 5ch 3000 watt amp more than enough to power everything. Well drop off my car that morning about 12:00 got a call from the shop they said it was imposable to do what I was asking for which was to put amp and head unit in wire to old speakers and be done, try to give me the old new speakers at $1200.00 even after I showed them the threads I downloaded off here he just kind looked at me like opps this guy knows his stuff. Well lets just say I still have my 1200 in the bank

Shops are great right? I do everything I possibly can myself. No one takes as much care as you do. They might perfectly fix something under the car but still manage to ******* up your plastic undercovers.
