CLK 350 Cabrio
Question Harman/Kardon Vs Stock stereo system

Hello guys. This is my firs post, hope i am not doing it wrong.

So, Im about to buy clk350 cabrio 2007 and I have 2 choice. One is with harman kardon audio, second without. The price is same, the only difference between is color.

I have to make decision: color wich i like more, or better audio. As i know harman kardon includes bass woofer on back seat, Am i right?

Unfortunately i dont have chance to hear audio unless i buy it. (I am buying it from another country)

Hope you guys will help me out.

Back seats also looks more sporty on H/K one

Are those actual photos of the cars you are looking at? The first one (with HK) is a cabriolet, the other is a coupe. That is one reason the seats look different. But given the choice, I;d take the HK system, unless you will eventually want to install an aftermarket radio, in which case go non-HK as that would be easier (not having to deal with bypassing the fiber optic HK amp)

Oh i thought it was because of H/K. Ok now i know. Pictures are not the actual ones, but looks 100% same (as in the first pic)

Thank you guys, I bought with H/K and i think i ll warp it then with different color.

But i still don't know does it have bass woofer ? like nice deep bass?

The HK system has a subwoofer that adds to the bass. Personally, I think it sounds pretty good, but it's not going to be a "trunk thumper".

dont go based on the radio. though the HK is nice they both suck.. i would look at both cars and get one that is better taken cares of.

+1. I'd look at everything else about the cars. If you are not an audiophile then you won't notice a massive difference if you are then, like me, upgradibility of hte stereos is more important. I have the Bose system and hopefully in the near future I can install MB-Quartz speakers and a new HU...
