W209 bluetooth adapter
For any members that dont have a Command unit and want bluetooth without getting a BT puck, i found this on amazon that would seem to work well for those that have a cassette adapter like i do (03 CLK500)

How is the battery life? Just sucks that it needs to be recharged otherwise this is would be perfect

on a full charge it will last about 5 hours, ive never played it that long continuously though. Itll last a couple days if you simply pop it out of the cassette player whenever your not using it
