It looks good..... The only thing I noted from the pics is that the exhaust is modified. Just check it to ensure it's ok with you. Everything else seems original to me, but you might check for other modifications; my guess is this prior owner would have been making them under the hood, if there are other mods.
You can also do a search on "buying clk" and find several prior responses on buying and info associated with particular models.
welcome and good luck....

Thanks for the response, the salesman sent me a few more pics, under hood looks clean and stock, drivers seat bolsters look nice too, shows minimal wear. Gonna try to go look at it this weekend and give it a good once over. Have to decide if I wanna get into another RWD performance car that I have to park for the winter and insure a 5th car...........

Along with searching this forum for some common issues for these cars, you probably should take the car to an independent service provider and pay them for an appraisal. Unless you're a car tech person, there are some things you could miss that could be rather costly. Having a short list of things for the independent provider to check would be helpful. I would provide you a list, but I am more a car drive guy than car tech guy.
The 07 should be outside the range of MY (model year) for most of the common failures.

FYI, that car has M273 engine #69183, which IS within the range for potential "balance shaft" failure (in the V8, it's actually just the timing chain idler sprocket).
I'd get a PPI from an MBZ dealer, and specifically ask them to check service records to see if this had been repaired under warranty. If not, then check stored ECU codes to see if it has P0016 and/or P0017. If so, walk away. Keep in mind that these sprockets often failed early, but there are still some that don't fail until after 100K miles.
If this one was never repaired and there are no stored codes and you decide to roll the dice, I'd do two things: First, negotiate with the seller because of this. Second, consider and extended warranty that would cover the repair - it's expensive, about $4K.
A copy of the TSB is here:

I have also posted that car's a data card:
