Actually, this needs to be in the W208 forum - MY2003 CLK Cabriolet was a W208.

tecxpertt@gmail, welcome to the forum. You likely have a fairly simple electrical problem on your CLK.
In the US, model year '03 CLK 320s were W208's. Where are you located?
In W208s, you need to unlock the top manually above the windshield; W209s are automatic. Please confirm which version you have.
What do you mean by "put a clamp on luggage bar lever? Are you sure that you bypassed the micro switch?

If it's a W208, then the pump motor is okay (because the headrests get moved with the hydraulic pump in W208s). Good point in general, though - we rebuild lots of W208 and W209 pumps with bad motors...

Most likely, we are dealing with a W208. Let's see what tecxpertt@gmail answers, and MJ50 might move this thread back to the W208 forum. The first ~10,000 W209s were actually model year '03, and sold outside the US. Silly marketing ploys...

The OP's mention of the "switch light" and "headrests work" tell me it's a W208. The W209's indicator light is int he instrument cluster and MFD, not the switch. Also, the W209's headrests cannot be electrically raised as they could in the W208.
